  • IMPACT is lead by many board and staff members that work year round to plan for the summer. The board and staff members are made up mostly of current or former youth ministers from all over that are passionate about the spiritual lives of teens.

  • Girls: No low cut tops. If sleeveless, the band/straps should be more than one-inch wide and with no bra straps showing When you raise your arms you shouldn’t be able to see your stomach. When you bend down, you shouldn’t be able to see your underwear.

Boys: Shirts - No “wife-beater” tank tops, cut-off’s, or tanks with the wide-open armholes.

Shorts: Girls and Guys are expected to wear long shorts to follow Lipscomb’s dress code. We recognize that it is difficult for some girls to find longer shorts. So, here’s the compromise: Shorts must be modest and come at least to mid thigh. We should not be able to se your underwear at anytime -from the top or bottom.

  • The youth ministers’ role during IMPACT is to spend time with their students, go to class with them, eat with them, worship with them and help them process what they are learning during the camp. IMPACT has already secured all of the teachers, speakers and worship leaders. Enjoy IMPACT and help us make it a fun, safe, and memorable time for the campers.
